Johannesburg - A Clairwood Boys High teacher was hijacked
and robbed at the school premises on Monday morning, Durban police said.
Superintendent Daniela Veldhuizen said the teacher was approached
by two men when she drove into the school.
The men enquired about a student at the school.
"She told them to come and wait in the office. When
they got to the office the men pointed a firearm at her and ordered her
to walk back to the car," Veldhuizen said.
The gunmen took the teacher's cellphone, handbag and
car keys. They drove off in her metallic green BMW with registration number
ND292862.
Veldhuizen appealed to anyone with information on the incident
to contact the nearest police station or call Crime Stop on 0860-10111.
