Dad in court for killing intruder A father of two young children, who faces a murder charge
after shooting an intruder in his home, has made his second appearance
in the Wynberg magistrate's court in Cape Town. At Monday's hearing, the charge sheet only gave details
of the murder charge, but did not name the wounded man.
Another prosecutor, Nina Meyer, told the court a postmortem report was still outstanding and that attorney Greg Duncan was to represent Tissong. At Meyer's request, the trial was postponed to November 23, and Tissong's R1 000 bail was extended. - Sapa This article was originally published on page 6 of Cape Times on August 14, 2007 |
